Scarface Building Contracting L.L.C was established in Dubai in 2026 under Emirati ownership, to bring something new to the contracting sector in one of the world’s fastest-growing cities.

Is your company licensed?
Yes. Scarface Building Contracting L.L.C is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under trade license No. 1657514, and our licensed activity is Building Contracting.
What types of projects do you take on?
We build residential villas, commercial and residential buildings, structural works, finishing, renovation and maintenance, and extensions and annexes.
How do I get a quote?

Do you help with building permits?
We coordinate with approved engineering and consultancy offices to meet the authorities’ requirements. Contact us and we will explain the steps for your specific project.

Which areas do you cover?
